This is the Subaru OEM Rear Crankshaft Seal. Also the rear main seal, this seal is available for those of you who need to replace a leaking rear main seal. A leaking rear main is always bad news as it can leak substantial amounts of oil which can also cause oil to get on your flywheel and clutch mating surfaces. It can also be labor-intensive to replace as you have to remove the transmission to gain access. That being said, if you have your transmission out, always inspect the rear main seal, and if it is leaking, replace it as it will only get worse.
