This is the PERRIN Performance License Plate Relocation Kit. This holder has been designed to relocate your front license plate to the factory tow hook provision on your front bumper. This will allow for unobstructed airflow to your radiator or aftermarket front-mount intercooler for those of you who need extra airflow, but need to abide by your local license plate provisions.
