This is the Morimoto 4TL-R LHD D2S Bi-Xenon Projector. This is the D2S projector based on the popular projector that comes factory in the Acura 4th generation TL, hence the name 4TL-R. However, this is a scaled down version of that projector with the same mounting points that are found in many OEM projectors. With that said there are several Japanese car manufacturers that use the same style of projector which will make the Morimoto unit a direct swap.
