RallySport Direct now gives you an option of getting the Mishimoto Aluminum Coolant Expansion Tank. Mishimoto fabricated this tank completely from high-quality Tig-welded 6061 aluminum materials to outlast the design of the plastic factory tank. It is compatible with the stock expansion tank cap and will include an overflow nipple on the neck for adding an additional coolant tank for those of you who need to be in compliance with NHRA rules.

Other features include a sight tube which will allow for proper hot and cold coolant levels. An internal baffle keeps coolant near the overflow port during aggressive driving conditions which will prevent air entry into the coolant system.

Note that this particular expansion tank will come powder-coated in the Nitrous Blue finish for extra protection against corrosion, and to add a nice touch to your engine bay.
