STOCK REPLACEMENT HEADS FOR THE ENTRY LEVEL

Designed as an introductory option, the IAG 600 Cylinder Heads are tailored to serve as replacements for stock OEM 2015-2021 Subaru WRX heads. Whether you're dealing with a catastrophic engine failure necessitating head replacement or starting without OEM heads, the IAG 600 Cylinder Heads offer a convenient solution. Capable of accommodating basic bolt-on upgrades up to 600 BHP, these heads feature upgraded GSC standard size valves, GSC Viton Valve Stem Seals, Kelford Valve Springs with Titanium Retainers, and OEM Keepers. Notably, FA20 heads have a distinct configuration from their EJ counterparts, with the casting divided into two parts: the "lower" and the "cam towers," where the latter securely hold the camshafts to the cylinder head. Opting for Kelford EZ cams with IAG 600 Street Cylinder Heads includes new OEM cam towers, rockers, pivots, and valve shim caps.

CRAFTED WITH ALL-NEW COMPONENTS

Each set of IAG 600 FA20 DIT Cylinder Heads commences with brand-new OEM castings sourced directly from Subaru of America. Following this, you have the choice to opt for our supplementary Kelford camshaft package. If you decide to include this upgrade, the heads will come complete with Kelford EZ camshafts, accompanied by fresh OEM cam towers, rockers, pivots, and valve shim caps.

The new castings undergo meticulous visual inspection and disassembly before being securely fixtured in our cutting-edge Newen Valve Guide and Seat Machine. Here, all intake and exhaust seats receive precise cutting with a multi-angle valve job tailored to the flow characteristics of GSC's standard size 34mm Intake and 29mm Exhaust valves. Subsequently, the heads' decks are resurfaced to perfection using our advanced TS-3000 BlockMate, ensuring a flawlessly even finish on the aluminum. After undergoing ultrasonic cleaning to eliminate any residual debris and oils, the heads are meticulously reassembled using GSC Stainless Intake and Exhaust Valves, GSC Viton stem seals, Kelford Dual Valve Springs with Titanium Retainers, and OEM Valve Keepers.

 

KELFORD "EZ" CAMSHAFT AND LIFTER ASSEMBLY

When aiming for enhanced power, opt for the Kelford EZ camshafts as part of your IAG 600 Head Package. Designed to preserve low-end power while significantly increasing power and torque throughout the RPM range, these camshafts are ideal for setups with stock frame upgraded turbos or those pushing up to 500 WHP. Alongside the camshafts, you'll receive brand-new OEM cam towers, rockers, pivots, and valve shim caps, ensuring seamless integration. Our service also includes meticulous bench lash adjustment using our specialized fixture, though final lash adjustments should be performed after head installation.
