    This is the Morimoto MotoControl Bi-Xenon H4 / 9003 unit. This is a relay harness designed to provide steady voltage to your HID ballasts directly from your car battery to help fight issues such as flickering. This is a plug and play unit and a seamless solution to keep both your high and low beams under control by using the original stalk inside your vehicle. Morimoto includes other features such as a small built-in capacitor that stores and releases its charge between mode changes. This means that is there is a short gap between the low and high beam signals, your HIDs will still run smoothly.
