This is the GrimmSpeed 3-Bolt Manifold To Up Pipe Gasket. This is a quality multi-layer steel gasket designed to provide an optimal exhaust seal for those of you with the 3-bolt up-pipe. This gasket is thicker than the OEM gasket, and if you are ever performing maintenance that requires the removal of the up-pipe, always replace or at least thoroughly inspect the gasket. Removing the up-pipe is a very labor-intensive process, and it would only double your work if you cut corners by reusing a damaged gasket and discovering an exhaust leak.
