The intended purpose of the SMART Adapter is to be able to transfer vehicle data to your iOS or Android mobile device once you have installed the dedicated application. Once installed, you can view the data in meters or graphs which can be displayed on your screen.

This works by connecting the smart adapter into the Defi Advance Unit (sold separately), then you can have a wireless connection to your smartphone, or tablet.
