This is the cp-e Lightweight Front Mount Intercooler. This intercooler has been designed with a larger volume core to lower the intake charge temperatures while improving the performance. The Focus ST has been proven to be a high-performance platform that responds very well to modifications. However, the factory intercooler is small in size, and bolt-on upgrades that will increase the boost, horsepower, and torque will surpass the thermal limits of the factory intercooler. This could create heat soak, while also putting a limit on your modifications. The cp-e unit is efficient and can provide the volume and flow to accommodate the current and future modifications you may perform on your vehicle.
