Made from Grade 1 titanium tubing, flanges, and Grade 2 titanium hangers, this system provides exceptional resistance to corrosion and durability against impacts. With a dedicated emphasis on quality, the use of back purging ensures clean welds without any contamination. Additionally, the slip-fit connections allow for versatile adjustments throughout the entire system.

 

End to End Quality

The COBB Titanium Cat-Back Exhaust utilizes a pressed-titanium flange and a factory donut gasket for a simple and reliable installation. A Y-section then connects 3" tubing to custom titanium mufflers, which contain perforated tubing and dual 2.5" exits for optimal performance.

The COBB Titanium Cat-Back Exhaust System features hand-burnt, blued titanium tips that provide a distinct touch and allow for adjustability. The tips are connected to the muffler outlets with a 2.5" slip-fit connection, which then transitions into a 3.5" slant cut tip with a blued titanium finish. This complete system, weighing at 25 lbs assembled, is almost 30% lighter than the stock exhaust for optimal performance.
