This is the COBB Tuning Front Mount Intercooler. Once you start performing modifications that increase the horsepower and the boost, then you will be surpassing the thermal limits and capacity of your factory intercooler which can also put a limit on the power of your engine, and the potential of the modifications due to heat soak. COBB Tuning relieves this issue by designing a larger and thicker core that will lower those intake charge temperatures which will improve the overall performance of your vehicle while reducing the chances of heat soak.
