These are larger intercooler cores that are required for those of you with other upgrades that increase horsepower as you can exceed the thermal cooling capacity of the factory intercooler cores. The Carbon Fiber Shrouds will channel the air to hit the surface of the intercooler to lower those intake charge temperatures.
