This is the Radium Engineering Fuel Tank Pressure Plug. This particular plug has been designed to plug the port hole on the fuel top hat. Many non-USDM vehicles did not come standard with an OEM fuel tank pressure sensor, and if your vehicle falls into this category, it is available for separate purchase.
