The Manley Pro Series Turbo Tuff I-Beam Rod Set is the perfect option for those of you building a block to handle forced induction. These rods have been fabricated from forged 4340 vacuum degassed materials to help combine extra strength with reduced weight to handle what it takes to make horsepower with the addition of a turbocharger or supercharger.
Each rod goes through an arduous machining process where they are shot peened, then magnafluxed. These rods feature rounded bores, and the caps are fastened with ARP 625+ fasteners.
