This is the Boomba Racing Delrin Shift Knob. This particular knob is intended to help improve positive engagement while shifting. It has been designed using a brass core for the added weight, and it is encased in a Delrin shell for durability and for excellent temperature management. A heavier shift knob will put the weight towards the end of the shift lever which will increase the momentum while shifting. This allows for a greater mechanical advantage which allows for a more positive feeling throw when you are going through the gears.
