My stock bushings were absolutely shot and my car would pull to the right at hard acceleration. I replaced my OEM bushings with these. Huge difference! My car is so much more stable. There is a noticeable difference in the corners as well! Only reason for 4/5 stars is for the NVH. The vibration noise was much louder than expected. Not enough to uninstall them, But enough to annoy my girlfriend.
I had these installed on my 07 STi along with the Whiteline rear diff bushings. All I can say is that there is ZERO clunk coming from the diff. I am not sure how much NHV the outrigger bushings are responsible for because I did the read diff bushings at the same time, but I can tell you I do get a good amount of noise from the rear at freeway speeds, but no noticable vibration. The only downside to this product is the noise, but if you can't sacrifice some noise for better performance, you probably shouldn't consider this upgrade.

Q: How much louder are we talking about? mrdr708278 years ago
130K+ miles on my 04 WRX and I'm sure these are worn out by now. I would like to get some feeling back in the car since the rear has been a bit sloppy feeling. Koni struts are also worn out. Replacing those too under warranty. How much louder with these bushings be compared to stock rubber units being noiseless? Is it loud like an aftermarket exhaust or loud like a window air conditioner? Thanks, Mike

A: The sound level will not be drastic, and maybe not even noticeable to some people inside the vehicle. Generally and normal driving you wont notice much, and at more aggressive driving the drone of the exhaust cancels out most other noises.
