Will these allow more noise in cabin ? Are these the ones for the inner front portion of the LCA?

A: By default urethane bushings will be a bit stiffer than factory rubber bushings and transmit a little more noise. The location of these bushings in particular is not known for attributing to a large amount, but some increased NVH can be expected.

A: These are a direct replacement and do not alter alignment. As long as nothing was altered when installing them no alignment should be needed.
