On this page, you are looking at the Whiteline Front Inner Lower Control Arm Bushing. These have been designed to be direct replacements for your OEM rubber bushings that will become soft over time. Once installed, the ride quality will be improved, along with better response and driver feedback.
Here are the details:
FITMENT NOTE: Subaru used two different sized bushings across wagon and sedan 02-03 Impreza/WRX and Forester models. For accurate bushing selection, we highly recommend measuring the stock bushing or space between the mounting point on the subframe. This bushing is the short version and is 55mm in length. For the longer version measuring 61mm, see WHI W52837A.

These installed right into a 2005 Forester XT front control arm without any issues. I had the stock bushings pressed out, and installed these myself. I have not noticed any additional noise or vibration with these bushings, but granted I did replace the larger bushings on the rear of the control arm with OEM ones instead of urethane to avoid additional noise or vibration.
This bushing is probably an easily forgotten one in the front end. I had to replace it anyway since I used v7 control arms on my GC, but this bushing fit directly in the arms and made them fit my stock subframe. Stock bushings need pressed out, but these slip in by hand for a super easy install.

Q: What part of the front lower control arm? zachyv6667 years ago
Ive got an 05 Legacy GT and Ive got the front lower control arm bushing kit for the horizontal bushings that are closest to the bumper. I was wondering if this kit is for the vertically set bushings that are closer to the door? If not is there a kit for them available? I have the bushing kit in blue but I need the bushing kit in red, is this kit for the bushing in the red?

A: Hello, We have three different options for the rear bushing on the front lower control arm (nearest the door): W53353, KCA334 and KCA334M (motorsports kit). However none of these bushings are currently available in any color other than Black.
