Relatively well made, good fitting. The threaded ends allowing for precise length adjustment are a must, and this bar has them. The quick releases: - are too small in diameter for the holes the fit in, so there might be some play while the body twists; - show very weak tightening force. They're used for bicycle seatposts, so this does not come as a surprise. Same as above, there might be some play during operation; - rub against the trunk trim while installing and removing them. No biggie... I'll probably swich to bolts some time. 5 stars overall.

I added this to my cart to qualify for free shipping, but have always been eying it. Pleasantly surprised I am able to feel the difference as much as I can. Almost put myself in the ditch on the first corner. Car handles so much stiffer. Go hiking with my dogs quite a bit and it's super easy to detach and reattach. If you're on the fence just do it. Well worth it.

This makes a huge difference in how the car feels. It installs in about ten minutes with minimal trimming of plastic (two 1.5 inch cuts on either side). I could tell the car was stiffer as soon as I pulled out of my driveway. Whether you compete or prefer the curvy roads, you need this bar. Stop thinking about it and buy it.

    QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

    • Q: Strut bar   Javi3 years ago

I just wanted to make sure would this fit a 07 Subaru Impreza 2.5
      • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  It should work without issue. Now we only guarantee it for the WRX, but there should not be any reason why it wont bolt on. Thanks!

    • Q: STRUT TOWER BAR  eagleeyze9 years ago

WOULD THIS REAR STRUT TOWER BAR FIT MY 1996 SUBARU WRX STI
    • Q: Forester fitment  Kernan11411 years ago

I have seen a few foresters with a rear strut tower brace from whiteline where they just cut away the material covering the tops of the struts, would it be best to use this brace since its for the WRX wagon or would the sedan brace for some reason be better?
      • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  Typically the wagon specific braced require less modification when used on a wagon. However being that whiteline lists this bar to be Impreza only, we cant confirm compatibility on a Forester chassis
