would these provide enough adjustment to return alignment to factory specs after installing Eibach sportline springs, or would the adjustable control arm need to be used.

A: That would depend on how low your car is and how much camber your car gains as a result of being lowered. Unfortunate we have not tried that exact combo of these bushings and the Eibach springs to say for sure. But the 1 degree adjustment range is quite large and should get you close.
