installed this kit with an alignment in about 2hrs. Yes, I did it my self at the shop I work at. Super easy if you have all the tools. Makes the car a hell easier to drive. Not too much handling noticed from the rear sub-frame inserts but a lot more response from just trying to get your car started in first gear and stays that way all the gears. Car also feels more stable. Noticed more noise from exhaust and reverse gear. Needs a little more grease/lube from the package.
