  • Q: hubcentric rings  derek_finch10 months ago

what size hubcentric rings would be the right size for these spacers on a 2004 subaru wrx hub?
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  Well, that would be dependant on what wheel you are running. A 2004 WRX has a 56.1mm hub bore size. Depending on what wheels you are running, you will choose different hubcentric rings.

  • Q: studs?  Dan Harper4 years ago

I hear some people say extended studs are needed for 10mm and others say its not. Is it safe to run a 10mm spacer on stock studs?
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  Extended studs are not required for 10mm spacers, but they are recommended.

  • Q: stick out more?  Bro_Montana5 years ago

I have a 2002 Honda Accord, will these 10mm spacers make my wheels stick out more?
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  The spacers will push the wheels out 10mm or about .4 However keep in mind that this thickness spacer requires extended wheel studs.

  • Q: wheel spacers  DCJ5 years ago

What are the negatives of wheel spacers? I have heard that it adds stress to the hub. Is that true? Anything else? If I got a 10mm spacer, would that be similar to changing the wheel offset from 53mm to 43mm? Thanks.
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  Downsides are additional load on the studs, hub and loss of clearance between the wheel and the fender. Yes it would be similar as having a 43mm offset if you have a 53mm offset right now. Also keep in mind that a 10mm spacer will require a longer stud.
