This thing is LOUD! I have this coupled with the grimmspeed uppipe and it sounds amazing. Gained about 10whp 15trq after mustang dyno tune. Holds boost well and does seem to make turbo spool up a wee bit faster. Be warned again. It is loud. U probably dont want to show it off if/when there is a cop near by or even a one block radius of you. Only opens up at wot. But it does sound amazing. And very addicting. Until you pass the honeymoon stage. Then it can get annoying. I just tell people its my vtech is kicking in hard. Videos do no justice on how amazing this sounds and did I mention how loud it is? Great product and made in the USA. Awesome.
Great mid range ewg

Good product relatively easy install. I didn't realize how bad of shape my iwg was until I put this thing on. Now my turbo spins up like a top with no waste gate flutter. According to my tuner I'm also hitting peak boost around 500 rpm quicker. I'm only running 17psi but judging the overall quality of the product I'm sure it could handle pretty much any amount of boost you throw at it especially if you took the time to run lines to the included water cooling ports (which is totally unnecessary unless it's on a legit race car) Note: be sure to triple check when YOUR ewg came out so you can positively be using the right spring chart on tials website

Q: Spring set up tial wastegate White__sti 2 months agoAnswer
I need help on setting up the springs for my 38mm tial wastegate on my 2011 STI Do i set the springs to the sport mode boost pressure or the sport # boost pressure ? I’m currently running 16psi on sport and 20psi on sport# I’ve heard to do the higher boost pressure but I’ve also heard to do the lower one?
A: You'll want to consult your tuner for the best spring to run with your setup.

Q: Wastegate RallyBlueSTI 2 years agoAnswer
I have a 2013 STI with the Invidia Catless Divorced Wastegate downpipe along with a pro tune. Will this wastegate be compatible with my downpipe? and if so, how much HP and torque will I gain?
A: The wastegate is installed before the turbocharger either on an uppipe modified for a wastegate or on an exhaust housing of the turbine if you have a turbocharger that allows for that. The downpipe is not going to effect fitment.

Q: Spring psi 100plus2vegas 3 years agoAnswer
Is it true that your overall psi is double the spring psi? I'm currently running about 18.75psi on my stock turbo on a 14 wrx ej255. Would this 38mm waste gate be a better choice than the larger 40-45mm waste gates? Thanks.
A: The spring PSI should be the same as the boost pressure, and you can raise the boost higher than the spring rating with a boost controller. Wastegate sizing depends on how much exhaust needs to be vented and if you are running 17+ PSI on the stock turbo, then this EWG would work well because you don't need to vent much exhaust.
