This thing is MEAN. I installed this with the Grimmspeed 44mm up pipe and it sits and mounts perfectly. Like i said in my other review, if you are keeping your stock downpipe for the 2015 STI you will need to cut your heat shielding off and wrap it because it will not fit around the dump tube. After installing and hooking up to the stock BCS (on the drive to the tuner) The gate opened up perfectly. i used 14.50 PSI as per what my tuner recommended and never had a problem with it yet. Once you build any sort of boost this waste gate allows it to stay steady throughout RPM's. I always get looks when i pass cars and my waste gate is SCREAMING! I love this product.

I Installed this product on my 07 STI after having boost creep issues. I really like how it comes with all of the springs that you will ever need. I have had no issues with the product. I will recommend this product to others.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Q: 06 sti Bryce.Robinson 3 years agoAnswer
Does this fit the stock 06 sti turbo? Do I need a block plate?
A: This is a universal product and does not fit on the stock STI in stock form. You will need to purchase an aftermarket uppipe or weld a flange to the uppipe, as well as close off the internal wastegate flapper door.

Q: Boost control solenoid Watson_12 3 years agoAnswer
I was wondering of the this wastegate will work with my stock Boost control solenoid? and if i put on a new three port will have to tune it again?
A: This wastegate will work with your OEM solenoid however, you will need a tune for that solenoid as well as a 3-port if you choose to go that route.

Q: 38mm vs 44mm thatonesti 4 years agoAnswer
I have a 2014 STi, stock turbo. Are there any advantages to the 44 over the 38? Disadvantages? What about the other way around? When the wastegate opens is the 44 louder than the 38? Thanks
A: The only advantage of the 44mm is it will be able to vent more exhaust, which is ideal for running low boost. The 38mm won't vent as much exhaust, which means you will have slightly better response after venting because less exhaust will escape. The audible volume difference between both wastegates will be very minimal.

Q: spring? tempemail55a97ce7caae5282028ce8ab 4 years agoAnswer
wat spring setup would you guys recommend? '13 sti stg 2+ 1000cc injectors @22psi stock turbo.
A: It depends on what exactly you want to do. But rule of thumb is that you run around 50% spring pressure of what you plan on running out of your set up. Another option is for you to use no boost controller and simply run WG springs only.
