I asked the Question WASTEGATE PORT CRACK. LOSS OF BOOST? Basically I was missing 6 psi from my target boost according to my cobb access port. They found a crack in the waste gate door on the exhaust side. I replaced the turbo and GOT MY 17.69 PSI (COBB STAGE 2) now!!! That was in 84 Degree weather, with a warm Intake temperature... VERY HAPPY! THANKS RSD!

I have fuel injectors, fuel pump, bigger than sti top mount, what parts are needed to install this and would it be too much

    • A: You will also want a downpipe if you dont already have one. Also, you will need a custom tune

hello, from New Zealand, will this bolt on to a Subaru Impreza STI 2.5L 2009 model? Cheers

    • A: Unfortunately we do not have a confirmed fitment for anything but USDM vehicles.

I have a 2012wrx. I'm looking to upgrade my turbo, will this direct bolt? What else would I need in order to run this turbo? Thanks

    • A: This is a STI turbo and the wrx turbo has a very different orientation. You would need to upgrade the Intercooler and the TMIC hose to make this work. This is a very common swap give us a call for more information regarding how to complete it.

    • A: unfortunately subaru does not list spring pressure specs for this turbo. standard wastegate operation pressure is 10.8 - 11.7 psi

would this bolt up direct if not what needs to be done and what supporting mods are needed

    • A: This will not bolt up directly. You will require a top mount intercooler that has an optional traditional mount turbo like the Verticooler or Grimmspeed setup.
