I got this for the obvious purpose of holding my IWG shut when I went to and EWG setup on my 2014 WRX. It bolts up fine and works as advertised. The only issue I have is that I cannot for the life of me figure out why the forward most bolt head is a damn hex screw. it faces forward and is in a tight spot which makes it pretty much impossible to get a socket or any other hex tool into it. If it had a hex head, I could easily get a wrench on it to do the final tightening on the aparatus, but as it is I'll have to test and see if it is fully holding the gate closed when I get the car running. Pretty annoying...
