On this page, you are looking at the Torque Solution Short Shifter and Bushings Combo. This combination has been designed to be a direct replacement for your long throw stock unit. Additionally, the bushings have been included to eliminate any slop found in your factory shifter.

Note: This short shifter will not fit if your WRX came with the factory short shifter kit. The easiest way to tell if you WRX has the factory short shifter installed is by pulling down your factory shift boot, and looking at the color of the lever. If it is gold zinc plated in color, then you have the STI option installed. If it is a dark gray, then it is the stock assembly.

Installed this short shifter & bushing kit on my 03 WRX. This combo makes me like the shifter in my car with a nice reduction in throw and shifter height!!! I was debating spending more on one of the other brands but very happy with this purchase assuming it lasts!
