Replaced the weak OEM mount with the Beatrush mount on my 2008 STI and what a night and day difference. I’ve had my STI for a little over a year and I should of installed this on day 2 of ownership. Significantly improved shifting, overall handling and responsiveness. My car feels completely connected to the road. There is a little more NVH but it’s an acceptable trade off considering all the gains. Get this mount. You will not regret it!
Highly recommended trans mount

I was a bit worried switching to a polyurethane (bushings) trans mount. I must say that it was a great choice! i started noticing some torque steer and almost a snapping motion while in and out of turns. Got to work the next day and threw my car on the lift to find that my stock mount had broken and a chunk of it was missing. I was back and forth on which mounts but ultimately chose this one. It is a very sturdy but not overly stiff mount. As far as increased noise... yes there is.. deal with it, accept that your car will get louder with certain mods. If you install this mount and have stock motor mounts UPGRADE THEM... at least Group N mounts. install tips- disassemble the mount before installing it. bolt the bracket to the transmission first. FOLLOW TORQUE SPECS!! a week later you have it installed put it back on a lift and retorque.

I put this mount on my 2007 STI and it feels great. i was expecting to hear a lot more transmission noises but to be honest there isn't much of a difference, it may be different for other years and the WRX. Shifting feels great under hard acceleration, super smooth and quick. Install was a lot easier than expected, only took me about an hour with jack stands. I would highly recommend this mount.

I already had the short shifter and bushings installed, and this thing didn't seem to add any noticeable noise. Performance is on point though, wow this thing is made to survive a nuclear war. I'd say it is a very worth while upgrade.
Super stiff mount

This went on a 2016 STI. I am very impressed with the quality and fitment. This Beatrush mount was installed in conjunction with a whiteline positive shift kit. It took approximately 3 weeks for it to break in. Cabin noises are loud, vibrations went up as expected. As far as performance, it's insane. No more "sag and lag" during hardcore shifts compared to stock. If you told me this was a solid metal mount I would believe you. It's rated as a 90A on the durometer. Wow. Don't forget about carrier bearing bushings and a transmission pitch stop to help lock it all down!

Ok so I have to decide between one of the three beatrush mounts. Which is the biggest and most efficient difference? The tranny mount, pitch stop, or engine mounts?
A: For me the most beneficial mount was the transmission mount, but the condition of your stock mounts and personal preference will affect which one is the best upgrade.
