This is the Whiteline Gearbox Positive Shift Kit. This kit includes a set of durable urethane bushings that are replacements for the factory soft rubber bushings that eventually become weak. The Whiteline bushings will ultimately reduce the amount of flex in the transmission support and will be placed in the lateral, and the horizontal support of the transmission.
