For the price it's definitely a nice improvement over stock that won't break the bank. It's harsh as the group-N mount which I tried first (too much NVH for me). There's still a bit of added noise but I can live with it. This was installed with the positive shift kit so I cant tell how this would be on its own but you can definitely tell how much support/ rigidity it adds when your under the car. I used to be able to move the whole transmission by nudging it, but not it's nice and solid.

A: For the record The group n mount doesn’t have the open gaps near the center that this insert is made to slip into, I don’t think this would work on that mount.mstarr
