I do not see where this can attach on my 2005 subaru wrx hatchback. Is there a fitting I am not seeing?

Is there a way to secure this in place without having the fear of someone just unscrewing it and putting it in their pocket?
A: There is no set way to doing it, but you can use a wrench and crank it in there if you would like, or use a locktite or threadlocker if you choose.
