A: There is not a specific primer that we are aware of our customers using. Any high quality primer should work just fine.

A: Yes this product may be used to paint wheels. You can use just the paint, but for best results you will want to do a clear coat finish. Number of cans will depend on how many layers of paint you want to do. But for a decent finish and good coverage you will want about 1 can per wheel.
