    My car has this set of ancillery hoses which were installed years ago by a previous owner. The car has run great for the last thousand miles or so, but now suddenly it oscillates revs at idle between 2-3 thousand rpm. My shop says its a vacuum leak. My question is this. Does this kit replace ALL vacuum lines on a 2003 wrx? I'm going to let the engine run and spray brake cleaner on hoses until I hear the engine respond to track down the leak. It would be a lot easier if I could just check all of the samco hoses. I suspect there are more vacuum lines in there that this kit does not replace though. Any tips would be appreciated.

      A:  The SamcoSport Subaru ancillary kit (TCS-521/ANC) only replaces the smaller coolant lines on the vehicle and none of the vacuum hoses. SamcoSport are developing breather kits for these vehicles but unfortunately nothing is available for the 03 WRX as yet.
