will this elbow work for an 07 sti intercooler to connect to the turbo since the stock sti elbow is too short?

A: Because this is a Universal Product, we are not able to confirm fitment for that application. This hose is 165mm from end to side and 2.5 inch inner diameter. Hopefully those measurements help you decide if it will work.
