The Go Fast Bits T9654 Performance Diverter Valve has been designed to be a direct replacement for vehicle applications that come with Borg Warner turbochargers, and it features Go Fats Bits DV design that allows users to have a volume control feature. This means that you can vent boost to the atmosphere and control the level of noise while still retaining the factory ECU control.
This is a perfect option for those of you who need to replace a worn or leaking factory blow off valve and want to replace it with a high-grade unit that responds very quickly which provides a stronger ability to hold peak boost while improving throttle response. This blow off valve is the result of GFB's patented venting bias adjustment system which is considered to be one of it's kind. This is perfect Dv/Bov for anybody with a focus st weather you want a lot of sound or none or somewhere in the middle it's perfect very nice piece I would recommend also very easy to adjust
I highly recommend this product !
The adjustable sound level is what sold me on this one. It is designed to run off the factory solenoid and does not vent excessively. The car holds boost better vs the stock valve. At almost 30k miles my stock valve still looked brand new. I have mine set to about as quiet as it can be set and one turn tighter on the spring adjustment and it is perfect for the ST.
