Ok so I bought this pan just to put a nice new clean pan on my STI when i had the motor out anyway for a full rebuild. There is nothing wrong with the pan as far as product quality ect goes, it is just a normal oil pan and it fits my killer b oil pickup as expected, and in those regards I am happy. BUT it was the pan from that year or 2 that has the baffle over the oil drain plug we nicknamed the shower pan because it makes a mess when you drain the oil. I wish it was just a normal 2.5 turbo pan, i thought this pan only came on the legacy but I could be wrong. I probably would not have put the pan on but i didn't even notice the baffle until I put the motor back in the car and did the first oil change after startup lol.

A: You will need the Subaru OEM Oil Pickup Tube For STI Pan Subaru WRX / STI 2002-2007. You will also need a tube of Subabond to seal the new pan.
