These make for an excellent OEM replacement shock absorber for those looking for a high-performance example that retains the factory height, while having excellent quality and features which include both comfort and sport for daily driving, or high-performance driving conditions.
Additionally, these shock absorbers have 40-way adjustable dampening settings to allow the driver to adjust to their preference.
These will be sold as a pair for the front location, and the bodies will come powder-coated in Cusco's flagship blue color.

Q: Appropraite for use with Swift spec R springs matts4 years agoWould the use of stiffer and slightly lower springs such as swift spec R's (0.4inch drop, ~35% increase in spring rate) be reasonable with these struts? I like the bolt on nature of these over something such as a Koni insert. Do you have any data regarding dampening levels between these and a Koni insert for a 2012 sti?

A: These struts will work well with lowering springs as long as they are not too low. We unfortunately do not have any comparison data for these and the Koni inserts, but these will be 140% stiffer than stock at the hardest setting.Zach G. @ RallySport Direct 4 years ago
