Features & Product Details

After an install of a Aftermarket Steering Wheel or Seat, your car will display a airbag light on the gauge cluster. This unit will eliminate the light with a quick and easy plug and play solution.

Item works in most Subaru and Mitsubishi vehicles, however it is not guaranteed to eliminate the light. Due to slight differences in some vehicles airbag systems, even in the same production year, this is not 100% guaranteed to turn off the light.

These weren’t tested on a Scion FR-S so I gave it a shot since it’s also Subaru and they work perfect!

Great product. it works perfectly. But shipping is very expensive. price for shipping is double the price of the 2 airbag light fix. hopefully they offer different shipping in the future.

Airbag sensor fuses 3 years ago
Moose_STi
I ordered these for several reasons and they worked great. I used them for aftermarket steering wheels on a 2010 STi, 2002 WRX, and a 2004 imprezza NA wagon. As a word of caution these will not work for aftermarket seats as the fuses are 2 watts (1/4 watt 3.3ohm resistors are suggested for seats) and the pins are too big. Packaging and assembly was well done and although the instructions are in Japanese it's easy to figure out.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

  • Q: Airbag light   dom27105 months ago

The airbag plugs on a 2011 wrx have to connections each with two holes in them, does that mean I have to get two resistors seeing as they only have two prongs ?
  • Q: Steering Wheel Air Bag Functionality   2.5sbd6 months ago

It seems that to install this, you must leave on of the connectors coming out of the airbag disconnected with the item plugged into the now loose female connector. Wouldn't that leave the steering wheel airbag non functional?
  • Q: INSTALLING RACING SEATS  AARON6919839 months ago

Will this work on my scion Frs? I heard it needs be a 3.3 ohm resistor
  • Q: splash air bag light fix   anderson.rodriguez4050710 months ago

where does this exactly connect. if i have a nrg quick release setup removable steering wheel and no clock spring where does this connect to ?

A:  This will connect to your air bag connector. It's basically just a relay that tells your sensor it is connected to something.
