Do these side skirts come with plastic clips that clip on to the car because my 2012 Impreza stock side skirts do.

A: These re-use OEM clips, but they will not fit your 2012 Impreza if it is not a WRX or STI.

A: These are direct bolt on there is no modification required. At this time we do not have a weight difference due to the fact that we do not have the weight of the OEM side skirts.
