RallySport Direct is proud to carry the SPEED BLEEDER to make life easier for those of you who frequently change brake fluids on your track, or street vehicle. The SPEED BLEEDER has been designed with a built-in check valve. How this works, is that the next time you bleed your brakes, you will loosen the SPEED BLEEDER by 1/4 of a turn and then you pump your brake pedal. When the pedal is depressed, the pressure generated will open the check valve letting air and brake fluid out of the SPEED BLEEDER. When you let go of the brake pedal and return it to the up position, the check valve will close and prevent air from entering back into the system
When you are finished bleeding, simply tighten back the SPEED BLEEDER screw to prevent any more fluid from leaving.
The SPEED BLEEDER consists of:
The threads are roll-formed. This process results in a stronger and smoother thread than one that is cut. The chamber for the ball and spring is precision reamed and the seat for the stainless steel ball is machined to exacting tolerances. Zinc chromate plating withstands a 30-hour salt spray.

Needed these on extremely short notice for some new FHI calipers I was installing on my WRX, RSD shipped very quickly and I was able to finish my brake swap project.
It turns out I received a defective bleeder. When I installed it, it continually leaked. I contacted RSD & they shipped me a new one very quickly. I installed the new bleeder & it has been working flawlessly. Only 1 out of the 8 I ordered was defective. I have had speed bleeders installed on my front & rear brakes for over 3 years now with no issues. They make bleeding brakes a breeze, & now I am ordering 2 more for my clutch fluid bleeders. Just be sure to double & triple check them after install to ensure they are not leaking.
My first impression of this product was very good. Bleeding the brakes was cake. Loved them. Now, a week after switching over, 1 of the 8 bleedersI installed is leaking. I checked & rechecked that it was tightened down properly, but when I press the brake pedal with the key on, it goes to the floor! Ruined the paint & decal on the Brembos. & it's leaking quite bad. I'm switching back to OEM ASAP. Awesome product, except it leaks. I CANNOT recommend these!

Excellent bleeder! It makes bleeding brakes by yourself a heck of a lot easier. The check valve prevents air from returning back to the caliper once you release the brake pedal. I had to loosen the screw about 3/8 of a turn because at 1/2 a turn there was still air making it's way into the caliper through the threads.

A: When using the filter, this part should not be shown because it is universal. According to speedbleeder.com, all of the 08-11 Imprezas use SB1010 for front and rear.
