Great clutch my Sti is about 450whp and it grabs so nice and holds great so far. The chatter goes down a lot after break in.

    • Q: Torque holding  Nmanfred2 years ago

Here is says the holding capacity is 725tq and on ACTs webpage it shows 755tq with the same part number. Which one is the correct number?
      • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  We apologize for the error on our end! The correct rating will be 755 ft. lbs to the crank. We will have this updated on the site asap!

    • Q: 6 puck vs comp clutch twin disk  philiprolle318072 years ago

I'm in the middle of a build and I'm torn between clutches. I'll be around the 600tq range and need to have something that's going to hold but be ok for daily driving, I know the pedal will be stiffer either way I go but would the twin disk be less of a workout, and stronger than the 6 puck
      • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  Both of the clutches you mentioned are going to be aggressive for daily driving. This ACT clutch has a higher torque rating and will possibly have a stiffer pedal.

    • Q: Driving  Kevin2 years ago

Will this clutch make it harder to shift? i am a beggar looking for help
      • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  Engagement on a 6 puck clutch is going to be much more harsh than factory. The clutch will have a heavier pressure plate and while starting from a stop you will experience chatter. Once moving it shouldn't be much more difficult to engage but the pedal will be stiffer.

    • Q: Clutch Feel  Mdestache2.03 years ago

Does this clutch engage more aggressively than a full faced or OEM feel clutch? I am looking for something aggressive and not mushy
      • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  Engagement of a 6 puck clutch is going to be much more aggressive with a lot more chatter.
