Features & Product Details

The Nameless Performance Mid pipe has been designed to free up the restrictions found in the factory mid pipe design. This is achieved through smooth mandrel bends that limit exhaust turbulence. When combined with the increased piping diameter size, you get more power, more torque, with improvements to the throttle response and reduced turbo lag.

Another feature of this mid pipe is that it is a 3-piece design held together with v-band clamps at the two connections in the middle of the pipe with a 3" flared flange at the front end where it connects with the downpipe. It does have exhaust hangers welded at the OEM locations that makes this mid pipe simple for installation for those who are mechanically inclined.

Once installed, users can see gains of up to 34FT LB of torque along with 22WHP.  V-band clamps, as well as hardware are included to make this mid pipe ready for installation.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

  • Q: Fitment to Nameless Axleback  JayTV10272 years ago

Does this fit on the Nameless Axleback exhaust for the 2009 wrx perfectly? No adapters and such?
  • Q: Downpipe adapter  Robert H.3 years ago

I noticed that on the answers for this midpipe that you said we would need to buy an adapter to hook up to a 3" downpipe but not one for stock exhaust. I read that the flange is 3" at downpipe connection, so why the need for an adapter?

A:  An adpater would only be needed if this is being installed to a vehicle with the OEM Downpipe or Cobb's Downpipe, as both are a 2.5" flange at the midpipe connection.

  • Q: Equipment   Ty3 years ago

Does this come with all gaskets? I recently got a axle back system and was wondering if it will come with all new gaskets or if I should use the ones from the axle back?
  • Q: 3" grimmspeed downpipe-this catback  Andrew C4 years ago

I was installing this today and ended up dead in the water with it and had to put everything back together and hold off, I'm lost, does this need a 3" donut gasket or do I use my 3" to OEM midpipe adapter I have to install this catback, couldn't find any videos and I'm not trying to try something and cause more problems
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  You would not need an adapter to fit this midpipe to your 3in downpipe. You would just use their provided 3inch donut gasket.

  • Q: Dol I need an adaptor?  Daniel H.5 years ago

I currently have a axle back exhaust (nameless) would this midpipe bolt right up to the downpipe?
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  If you are installing this to an aftermarket 3" downpipe, then no adapter would be needed. But, if you are installing this to the stock or Cobb's downpipe, then you would need an adapter.
