fast shipping great product for the price but never needed the adapter. when installed adapter mid pipe was touch heat shield and was making rattling noise so I just took out the adapter and only use the 3" gasket and was all good

A: The Grimmspeed adapter is recommended in order to use the factory donut gasket.
