Are these plastic or carbon fiber? It says both

A: They are a composite material from Verus that that they call a Carbon Thermoplastic. So it is lightweight and strong, and has a typical Carbon Fiber finish on the top, but it has the added durability of a plastic like material.

A: This particular kit, "Street Rear Spat Kit" is actually a durable plastic. We do however offer a carbon thermoplastic kit as well.
