Features & Product Details
RallySport Direct carries some of the best performance intercooler kits brought to you by Process West. Process West designs and manufactures their intercooler to be durable while being effective when producing better performance and intercooler efficiency.
Here, you are looking at the Process West Front Mount Intercooler Kit. If you have performed modifications that increase the horsepower or the boost, then your factory top mount intercooler risks getting heat soaked which will limit the potential of the rest of your modifications. The front mount intercooler core provides a larger area surface coverage to properly cool the intake charge temperatures routing to the intake and turbocharger.

Had mine installed with a lot of other parts and everything turned out great. The only down side is that the intercooler is so thick it blocks the radiator, so in temperatues above 95 F the engine tends to heat up too much when A/C is used. It's not a problem if you don't mind not using the A/C. I will be upgrading my radiator and changing to the Mishimoto thermostat anyways and that should fix the issue for me. Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone purchasing this kit.

A: We cannot confirm these to fit with the Injen intake air box. There may need to be some trimming to the air box in order to get this to fit correctly.
