Process West Radiator Cover Red Factory Intake
Subaru WRX/STI 2015+
Features & Product Details
Process West has just released their radiator cover to enhance the appearance of your engine bay. However, radiator plates serve a purpose as the design keeps air making as much contact as possible with the surface of the radiator, rather than exiting through the engine bay. This promotes better cooling efficiency especially for those of you who live in warmer climates. Additionally, this radiator cover makes for a great source to place your tools during maintenance.
This cover has been fabricated from high-grade aluminum and has been powder-coated red for extra protection against rust and corrosion. This radiator plate will work on vehicles with the factory intake still in place, and it will come ready to install.

I wanted the Blue one from Cusco to match my Lapis Blue WRX but the red looks really great touch as a dress up, ensure the fitment is tight and not loose with the back end of the driver side radiator. video uploaded on the install.
Good fit on oem radiator. Adds more air flow to your radiator

Q: Removing stock intake duct Changtownriot6 years ago
What's the best way to remove the intake duct with the shroud on? I don't want to have to wait for my coolant to cool down before making minor adjustments.

A: I am not quite sure we understand your question. In order to remove the intake duct, you would have to remove this cover. In order to remove this cover, you would most likely have to remove the radiator cap unless you can slip it out towards the front of your car and risk scratching the paint, bending the radiator cover, and who knows what else. It may be the easiest waiting until the car is cooled down enough to remove the cap. I am also not quite sure what you are making minor adjustments to. Everything that I just talked about should not require any adjustments.

A: The intake duct goes on after the radiator cover is installed. No need to take the cover off to remove the intake duct.
