This is the PERRIN Performance Front Mount Intercooler Kit. This is a complete kit that includes the main core, as well as the intercooler pipes to make this a complete bolt-on kit that will lower the intake charge temperatures going into your turbocharger. This is ideal for those of you who have moderate upgrades that will surpass the thermal capacity of your factory top-mount setup that is prone to heat soak. Below is a list of components in this kit that will come in a specific color combination.

The charge pipes are like trying to put socks on a dam rooster. The bends in there piping are way to close to other things causing rubbing and will eventually rub through no good. With that being said on to the next thing The turbo side constantly blows only at 22 lbs max. Send higher quality clamps these kits are some of the most expensive on the market so you expect the best. The pipes also need more of a flange on them to help prevent the constant issue of blowing charge pipes.The texture on the piping helps but not a guarantee to stay on. Also y'all should make a bracket to go on top of the manifold that will also prevent this from happening. I know for a fact I'm not the only one that has had the same issues. Other then that it does what it's supposed to. Just a little disappointed with the manufacturing of it could be way better. Also the fact I had to jump through hoops to get the right parts they screwed up on and try to say there was no way. I like rally sport but not Perrin so much customer service was not that great either.

A: We have not personally tested that combination, but we have seen people confirm their AEM intakes do work with FMIC kits, just not specifically confirmed with this Perrin kit.

A: Most of the time with the FMICs we have we recommend the COBB SF intake or the PERRIN short ram. Both without the airbox.
