Here, you are looking at the Process West Street Version Intake Manifold. This intake manifold is simply a work of art in the engine bay made using full billet aluminum construction with billet bell mouth ended runners. This intake manifold is ideal for vehicles requiring more power in the upper rev range in big horsepower builds.

  • The manifold is the result of years of research and testing, multiple prototypes and ground-up redesign of the original  groundbreaking  "Corsa Veloce" product range
  • High-end TIG welding assembly makes them suitable for up to 100psi boosted applications
  • The plenum volume and runner length combination  has  been selected for aggressive low and mid-range torque while opening up power higher in the rev range
  • The plenum volume is large enough for serious gains but is still compatible with factory AC
  • The Street version is suitable for any level of performance modification as they have conducted tests on completely stock engine/turbo/fuel system setups with approximately 9% gains in torque and power level, with the same percentage gain on highly modified setups running E85
  • For a fully streetable but aggressive setup, while retaining the comfort of AC, the Street version manifold is the solution
  • 9% gains in both horsepower and torque on a stock engine

      Will this allow for a spearco tmic? And do intake manifold spacers come with this manifold in the box? From the looks of it, regular phenoluc spacers wont fit. Or could they be modified to fit? Since this is aluminum, are phenolic spacers even needed? Thanks Aj A

        A:  The Street intake manifold will not fit with any top mounted intercooler. The throttle position is lower and further toward the rear of the car with the Process West intake manifold. Phenoluc spacers install at the cylinder head so installing this manifold will have no effect on phenolic spacer installation.

        A:  Yes any regular TMIC replacement should be fine.

      JDM sti does not use TGV and I don't have those either as my injectors go directly into the intake manifold. I can't see that in the pictures. Could u specify the correct part no to replace JDM manifold
