The front mount intercooler core provides a larger area surface coverage to properly cool the intake charge temperatures routing to the intake and turbocharger.

A: The intercooler is a Core Size: 620 x 275 x 90mm and will come supplied with pipes to mount to the stock turbo.

A: No need for stronger clamps. We use the supplied clamps on race cars running 40+ psi.

A: This will come with an adapter to fit OEM style blow off valves and we cannot confirm if it will fit with the Cobb intake, it might get in the way of the intercooler piping. You might need to trim your bumper in order to get this to fit.
