Description

If you’re looking for a clean way of installing a pair of gauges then here is the solution. The SMY ClusterMaker Gauge Pod looks like a factory piece with its fit and finish. These are fabricated from an ABS molded plastic that is stronger compared to the factory bezel, yet they almost have the same texture as well.

These will come provided with rubber bands that are specifically sized to secure your gauges flush in the pods.  Please note that these are not confirmed to fit RHD cars.

perfect fit, gauges are in the best possible location to be in your view while staying lowkey. However, price should be lower.

Love it!

I purchased this piece for my 2002 WRX. Fitment was pretty good on the piece itself. The middle droops down a little more than the factory piece, but it isn't too noticeable. The gauges are very visible and not at all blocked by the turn signal/wiper arm switches. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone wanting to upgrade gauges and While maintaining more of a sleeper look!

SMY Gauge Pod

Kind of expected this to be a cheap plastic, but when I got it, it was actually really well made and was made out of a hard ABS plastic if I'm correct. Extremely easy to install, pretty pleased with it. Works best with AFR and Boost Gauges. (:

Part fit very well. Only concern that I have/had is the top surround hangs a bit low over the bezel of your speedometer. It's barely noticeable. If you're looking to add gauges to your dash and don't want to run the A-pillar gauge pod, this is a great way to go.

  • Q: Distance between the gauges  rotaxmax3 11 months ago

    Answer

How long is the distance between the gauges ? Would I need a spare link wire for my defi gauges if i got one of these clusters ? Since the control unit comes with a long cable but the gauges only come with a 25cm link wire.. Or can I just extend the link wire myself ?

    • A: Measuring from the center of the pods, the distance between them is 27.94cm or 11in

  • Q: gauge visibility issues  Mike 2 years ago

    Answer

will the left side gauge block the low fuel indicator and/or lower part of fuel gauge? Vehicle- 2002 wrx wagon

    • A: The gauge will be positioned out of the way so you can see all your OEM gauges on the cluster. There are pictures on the User Media tab above the description.

  • Q: Forester xt  Michiru 4 years ago

    Answer

Will this fit an 04 forester XT? and does the color match the oem inside color?

    • A: Unfortunately this is not confirmed for the Forester.

    • A: Foresters use the same bezels so it will fit. But what the Foresters have that the Impreza line does not is a 3 ring trim around your OEM cluster. If you want you can cut this off and glue it onto the SMY Cluster and it will fit in your car.

  • Q: fitment with OEM boost gauge  TheStig 4 years ago

    Answer

has anyone tried using this cluster at the same time as the OEM boost gauge on the steering column? How is the visibility of the left SMY gauge location?

    • A: We have not test fit this pod with the stock boost gauge, but they look like they would be compatible together. The sock boost gauge may block the view of the bottom right of the left gauge slightly, but it should not be much at all.
